We've had freezing problems in MilAcq, too, and it's hard to tell sometimes
if it is a Millennium issue or our network.

We have this problem as well, and reported it to the Help Desk in early
July.  It happens on different versions of Windows (98 and 2000, at least),
but it is not consistent.
