RE: webbridge

Using the WebBridge module, CISTI has recently activated two static links on
its results table.  The links are not working for SOME of our users.  CISTI
IT staff has identified a problem at the HTTP application layer (see
messages below).  It hasn't been resolved yet, and I'm not sure if it's a
problem with my set up, or with the Innovative scripts. 

Perhaps your problem is also caused by this 'connection not properly closed'
situation.

Our firewall does not operate at the "application" level.  It will pass
through all traffic on an allowed connection.  For this reason, it appears
more likely based on the information reported below that the problem is at
the HTTP application layer.  

In particular, the report below identifies

as a possible problem.  It should be verified that this script is providing
"end of response HTTP headers". 

The CISTI firewall operates at the the IP address and port level.
HTTP is a much higher-level application protocol.

I discovered a problem. On some computers in the library, if you select
additional resources (webbridge) from a results page, the results page stays
open behind the webbridge popup window. However, on my computer, the results
page goes blank behind the popup window. Any ideas?
