Using III's proxy for PubMed's LinkOut

Hello!  Has anyone been successful in using Innovative's proxy server with
PubMed's LinkOut?  The WAM table doesn't seem to want to take the long URL
we think we need.   I'd love to hear from anyone who has done this
successfully or knows a solution.  This is what we are trying to "proxify":
