We use the percon handheld device for the internal use count. We currenlty
count the periodicals left at browsing tables here in the library. We use
INNOPAC's B321 software to download from the handheld device to a PC and
WAR_FTP software to send the data from the PC to INNOPAC.

Subject: Handheld for count use
I was wondering if anyone out there has used a palm pilot or other
handheld device as a scanner for count use. I have used it for
inventory, but would be interested to know about uploading into a
counter.
Thanks
