Bill, thank for pointing this out. Yes, you are absolutely right. I guess we thought that we addressed this issue by stating. 

"There are a number of legal research tools and resources made available through the Jenkins Web site (the Legal Periodical Indexes, Hein-On-Line and many legal research Web sites). Jenkins does not speak for the privacy policies of these individual sites and resources. Users must refer to these organizations individually for information on their privacy policies. "

Also, for those of you who had difficulty to find this statement (fine print) you can go directly to http://www.jenkinslaw.org/about/privacy.shtml. 

P.S. I love this group, you guys are so detail oriented.

I noticed that you say in your policy that you do not use Cookies on you
site, but the Innovative WebPac does use and set cookies when a user does a
search on the catalog. I'm not sure if this matters to you, but thought I
should point it out.
