Hi
One solution that people might do is to create a login group for z39.50
logins. I did this on the advice of Innovative help desk staff and we
have not since had the problem except in a very rare instances. The
z39.50 connections were taking up many ports.
I have also not had anyone contact me from a library connecting to us
via z39.50 indicating that they couldn't connect to us. I have seen
very few denials when I look at the login stats.
HTH.
Cheers,
Doug
