Inserting Request An Item gif into search results

Here at Loyola Marymount, we will be implementing the Patron Request an
Item feature soon for a part of our collection that will be at an
off-site storage location.

If you go to the UNLV Library  http://webpac.library.unlv.edu/search/
and do a title search for "Vital Statistics of the United States" you'll
see the button in the location box.

Can someone (or if the UNLV OPAC admin is seeing this) tell me how this
was done?
