Handling Exchanges with INNOPAC

Just a recap on the following:

I would like to model the following situation:

Be in a position to handle Records of exchange partners, details of what we receive from them(partners--journal title,vols,parts), when
we received them and also

details of what we sent to an exchange partner, when we sent it. This is so as to be in a position to reconcile after any given period.
