I've been at AALL all week so I'm a little delayed in replying. For
some BNA products (primarily the libraries), the WAM address is
rewritten to a BNA address almost immediately. Apparently BNA uses SSL
for many of its products and WAM does not support SSL.
At AALL I talked with both BNA and III. The BNA rep had been over to
visit the III booth because of customer complaints. III promised to
look into the problem promptly and establish a timeline for a remedy.
