Rewrite Proxy links to ProQuest Titles

Greetings,

We are just starting to try and use WAM to rewrite the 856 URLs to use the
rewrite proxy method for our newspaper titles available from ProQuest.

While we can create a link that uses WAM to authenticate and then connects
to ProQuest for searching, I cannot seem to create a URL that will link
directly to the Newspaper title itself (with its list of issues).

If anyone can email me directly with information about how to best construct
such links, I would be most appreciative.
