Our library is new to Innovative - we are just about to go live
(probably in the next week). We asked our implementation team this same
question - we have numerous duplicate 099 fields we need to review.
Their answer was, You can't create this list, but we can. They made a
review file for us to look at.

Is it possible to create a list of bib records that have more than one
of a
given field?  In our case, we're looking for all the records that have
more
than one MARC 092 field, but can't find a way to do it.  Anyone had any
luck doing this?
