- Subject: Billing and Processing Fees
Circ staff have just shown me a billing fee and a processing fee on some
patron records. These fees are for -$0.01 each and show up in the fines
paid file for patrons whose charges, overdues fines or lost items, were
adjusted. It doesn't look like they show up on all adjusted charges, just
some. Staff tell me they noticed this after we upgraded to Phase 2 in
January. This is the first the circ supervisor or I have heard of it. This
is in MillCirc. Has anybody else seen this? Thanks.
