View Item Holds/Bookings

I have looked in the manual and do not see that the option exists for
Patrons to View Holds/Bookings for Items regardless of who has them on
hold/booked.
 
We're not interested in the patron seeing who has items on hold/booked,
but we would like for patrons to be able to see what and when items are
on hold/booked regardless of who has them on hold/booked.
 
If anyone knows that this option exists, then would you please point me
towards the Section ID of the user manual that provides the information
for the option.  Otherwise, if the option does not exist I would like to
submit an enhancement request for the next voting cycle.
