Denyse --
In Milcirc and Milcat, you do have the capacity to Copy a Record, but it is (from what I can gather) intended only to copy the course record itself, not the items that are attached to it. We had a setup problem with that feature and the course record would copy all the links. While that sounds exactly like what you want, the problem was that the course record knew it was attached to these items, but the items had no idea! So it was a broken link and we could not do anything with that record until those links were fixed. The table that controls copying records needs to be setup NOT to copy the linked record information.
Maybe someone has a workaround for this, but it seems to me that it is just not possible now without an enhancement. Then again, I have been wrong before.

Subject: Question about Course Reserves
Is there a way to replicate an entire course list in Course Reserves?
In other words, if the same list of bibliographic records is used for 5
sections of REL 1301, is there an easy way to "copy" that information
from the course list for REL 1301.01 and attach it to REL 1301.02, REL
1301.03, REL 1301.04, and REL 1301.05?
According to the User Manual, this does not seem to be possible.
However, if any of you have done any special programming, etc. that will
do this, could you let me know?
Thanks,
Denyse
