Your including of the web address in your respond makes me think of how secured is III servers (even if its behind a firewall) and how it is easy for hackers to figure out such extension, get access to it, and corrupt it!
I can tell you it is so easy, even if you have SSL. A hacker can get to your certificate file, or any file in your screens folder easily and play with it.

And a tip-- you can look at another system's brief citations file the same 
way you can look at their wwwoptions.  Use the URL for the system adding 
/screens/briefcit.html and then view source.  Works great.  For the 
wwwoptions, it's /screens/wwwoptions.
