- Subject: archiving e-reserves
For those libraries using III's e-reserves module, how long are you keeping
old files?
For example, if an instructor uses the same syllabus every fall, and the
syllabus PDF is sitting on your library server (i.e., you used the "Import
File" button in the Media Manager), do you simply inactivate the item but
keep the course record all year? Or do you delete everything at the end of
the term to keep your catalog tidy?
