That is the note that is typed in at the time the binding slip is requested. It is not pulled from anywhere and it is not saved.

Explanation at #101984 and #103149 in the manual.

Normally, if you want a note to always print when a title is sent to bindery, you enter it in the 'w BIND INFO' field and make sure that field is set to print in your bindery slip printing options.
