bindary slip printing

Does anybody know how to get the note field in the check-in card to print in the bindery slip? 

For instance:

When we send items to be bound, we sometimes put a note in the check-in card, i.e. pgs 1-500. You can see this note in the check-in card and if you double click on the check-in card, the note will show in the note box.

But if you click on the TO Bindery tab, the note field is empty. That info is not transferred.

By the way, does anybody know what the note is in the slip format, number 5 after inserting a field:

05 > Print the note input when binding slip was requested

What that note field is and from which record?


I did not get any note when I printed the slips even though I included in my bindery slip.
