- Subject: Problem with proxy server (not the rewriting proxy)
We are still using the proxy server where you configure your browser.
This has normally worked very well for us. I currently have a patron in
Paris who is accessing the internet via noos.fr high-speed lan using a
digital cable modem. He is using Netscape 7.0 on a PC and everything
seems to be set up exactly right but he can't get in. When he inputs
his name and ID# the page just sits there and never responds.
Can anyone give me any ideas about what else to check?
