The location doesn't matter to our system. We were told to use ????? for
the location.

Subject: Loan Rule Determiner
In our library we are updating our circulation system to reflect better the
different patron categories. In the process we are reviewing the Loan Rule
Determiner and adding new patrons and locations.
During the meeting, some of our colleagues argued that the location is not
necessary on the table, given the fact that the circulation of an item is
determined by the patron type, item type and loan rule number.
I argued that all four categories are necessary to be listed in order to
have
the circulation module function properly.
If anybody has opinions on this please reply.
