FW: Downloading bib/order records from vendor web sites

I am grateful to those consortia that responded to the message below.  I am re-posting it in the hopes that additional sites might respond.  Thank you for your assistance.


We would like to hear from consortium sites using Millennium Acquisitions in multiple libraries who are downloading bibliographic and order records from one or more vendor web sites.  Do you do the batch loads centrally, or do you allow each library to do the loads themselves?  What procedures have you established to manage this activity?  Have these loads resulted in any system performance problems?  Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
