Globally Purge Fines Program(Character-Based)

I have a query on the above-mentioned program regarding its flexibility.
I want to have fines incurred in a certain week purged, but have discovered that there is no option to purge fines incurred in a particular period(user-defined).


I would really appreciate any advice on using this program.
