Lin,
Our fund codes are based on both source of income, such as city, fines & fees revenues, gifts, trust funds - and the type of material, such as fiction. non-fiction, etc. We have the Hierarchical Fund Reports module in addition to the Acquisitions module so I am able to create reports that are based on Funding sources and reports based on type of material. I have attached our fund code scheme. Please contact me for further explanation if you are interested in the setup we have.

We are looking at the acquisitions module for July of this year. I would
like to see some samples of fund codes tables.
Thank you
