LIB HAS is just a tag group (h) assigned to a field. While it does special
things in the Innopac, particularly in the telnet session, it can be
assigned to any field. Our LIB HAS is in 599. One option for you might be
to convert your existing 850s to another unused tag. You should be able to
do this without incurring an extra cost if you have global update, although
you would need to work with the help desk on the tag display and maybe the
tag definition. -- Howard
