Though you can change the order the fields are displayed/printed and the number of spaces between them,(in the Manager Controlled Options, Due Slips tab) I don't think you can change the font size.
See page 105206 in manual.

We're pretty new to Innovative, having just come up in March. We have Star TSP613, parallel connection, thermal receipt printers at our circulation desk. The font size is tiny; how do we increase it? We are using MilCirc, phase 2.
