I just made an editing error as I sent the message below. The correct sequence of the commands should be M> Management Information C>Circulation Statistics C> Checkout activity and then U> User Specified Year Activity. Sorry for the confusion.

If the dates you want to use happen to be full months, you can go to M> C>> U> to get checkouts by User Specified Year Activity. Then you can pick the months you want included in your total. I hope this is useful to you.
