Status for standing orders

Hi all,

We use status f (serial unencumbered) for standing orders.  What is the 
best way to handle a canceled standing order?  We still want a record of 
this in the system, and we've been changing the status to z and putting a 
note in the order record.  Is this what most people do, or is there a 
better way to keep track of these cancellations separately from monograph 
cancellations?
