I almost always pick the defaults offered by FTS -

Field Delimiter  , (comma)
Text Qualifier   " (quote)
Repeated Field Delimiter  ; (semicolon)

When you import into Excel, make sure you choose the following settings -

Delimited
Delimiters - semicolon and comma
Text Qualifier - " (quote)

The text qualifier is really important because it basically tells Excel to
treat the semicolons and commas within the text fields as text, not
delimiters.
