We were the site that had the problem fixed at first by changing the time 
the backup was done (this was after they gave us a new drive which didn't 
solve the problem) We were on Rel. 2001 at that time, Sept. 2002. When our 
"new" drive went in April 2003 we were on Rel 2002, phase 2. Our drive is a 
no-name drive, beige in color. The only identification on it is the serial 
number, and that is handwritten on a label taped over who knows what, 
probably it's original serial number.
