Hi Patricia (and others),
I have a call with III (c663345) on this matter. I don't think you can do
this yourself.

I got a message from a public services librarian wanting me to fix
something in the catalog. He was looking at the entries under the author
search Swedenborg, E. There are 25 entries under that author in our
catalog. They are in alphabetical order, except one title {quot}Young
Emerson's transcendental vision{quot} appears between {quot}C{quot} and
{quot}D{quot} in the list instead of at the end where {quot}y{quot} would
be. Upon looking at this bib record, I discover that this title is
actually by a different author, but the book also includes a work by
Swedenborg, and there is an added entry in the record for
Swedenborg, Emanuel,
1688-1772.
De commercio animæ et corporis.
English. 1971.
So the book is coming up in the Swedenborg index where {quot}De
commercio.. {quot} would appear, but the title that shows is
{quot}Young Emersons...{quot}, which is the 245 title of that bib
record.
As a note of interest, when I do the same author search in Millennium
Cataloging, the title {quot}De commercio animae...{quot} appears in the
list where it should be, in the same place on the list where {quot}Young
Emersons...{quot} appears in the WebPac.
Is there something that can be changed in our Webpac settings that would
make the added entry title display rather than the 245 title? Would
changing that screw something else up?
Thanks.
