- Subject: Re: printing reports to email address
Hi Melanie,
We also use Groupwise and encountered this problem many years ago.
It appears the trick in Groupwise is not to open the email, but to HIGHLIGHT the email whilst it is still in the mailbox.
Then select VIEW from the toolbar .... and then QUICKVIEWER
The full email will then appear on the screen. We were told at the time that this is the only way to view full emails when they were so large.
Hope this helps
Regards
Julie

Sometimes when we print an Innopac report to our full email address, we
only receive a portion of the report, with the last bit apparently
truncated off. We use GroupWise 6. The same report sent outside to my
personal email address (TDS.NET) is complete. Has any library
encountered and fixed this problem? If so, I'd really appreciate any
advice to offer our network people here so we can hopefully count on
always getting full, complete reports emailed to us from our Innopac.
Currently we work around this after-the-fact by going back and resending
the report via FTS.
Thanks,
Melanie
