I have experienced a similar problem in booking.
Overlapping bookings and bookings made but not showing up
on the persons record for a slip to be generated. (I know
if was not just a user error as one of my sites had a print
out of the bookings at the time of booking but it never
showed up on the patron record as booked) Sounds like it
may be related??????????? I have a tracking number,
