We're also on Release 2002, Phase 2. It currently takes 35 to 40 seconds
for Millennium to load on my computer. (I just timed it twice.) I was very
recently upgraded to a Windows XP box with 256 juicy, yummy MB of RAM. My
impression since this upgrade has been that Millennium loads amazingly fast
compared to how it used to on a Windows 98 box with . . . I'm not sure how
much RAM, but not as much as 256 MB. I never timed how long it took
Millennium to load on my previous computer, but about 90 seconds doesn't
sound like an unreasonable estimate.

Millennium just loads slowly, and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a
lot that can be done about it, except possibly for propping it up with more
RAM.
