One of our problems seem to be during the holds process.  When the staff
try to exit after adding a hold, the process will hang for nearly a minute,
then resume.  But this is intermittent.  All of our problems are not
consistent.  

However, our PCs are less than a year old and they all have 256 MG of RAM -
plus we didn't have this problem for th first year we were on Millennium.
