We have also found that sometimes fields added in rapid updates or through
other unusual methods are not indexed correctly. Also it's worth checking
that you have assigned the correct field tag to these 210 fields. If your
field tag for 210 should be "u" but you have assigned "t", the field will
not be indexed in the title index. Changing field tags in global update
is easy if you have Millennium. If you don't you can delete the affected
210 fields in rapid update and add them again using the correct field tag.
If the field tag is correct and you still cannot find these records in a
title search of the 210 field, you may want to try re-indexing these
records by suppressing and unsupressing them. See the following
