Have you tried using Create Statistical Reports and choosing a range of numbers?  Thats how I got a breakdown by location recently.

Subject: Statistics

Anyone have any information about how to go about getting collection statistics.  For example, a total number of volumes (items) broken down by languague, or by location.

Create lists doesn't help because the totals go above the alloted number of records, i.e., 60,000.  What do other libraries do to get statistics on their collection?

Thanks
