Hi Janine,
I don't collect these statistics but I've used Create Lists even when the total number of records is over those allowed. When we were doing a lot of rapid updating of codes prior to merging with our main library system, I created lists and then started the next list with the record following the last record of the previous list.
Hope this helps.
Rosemary

Anyone have any information about how to go about getting collection statistics. For example, a total number of volumes (items) broken down by languague, or by location.
Create lists doesn't help because the totals go above the alloted number of records, i.e., 60,000. What do other libraries do to get statistics on their collection?
Thanks
