Yes, we had this problem, try changing the security settings to medium or low.
Go under the browser:
        Tools
        Internet Options
        Security
        Custom level
        java permission
Change to medium or low

The next time you try to print, you may get a Security Warning:
If you are prompted with a security warning to install and run C:\TEMP\JVMD.tmp, Click yes.

Hopefully, that will fix the problem.

We are on rel. 2 and have recently discovered a problem with printing or
saving to a file documents accessed through Electronic Course Reserves.
A message appears in the message line just above where the document is
displayed that "This browser does not support printing [saving to a
file]" but, and here's the interesting part, it does not occur on every
machine. The machines that will print and those that won't are
apparently set up identically. It happens in both IE 6 and Netscape 7.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, I would appreciate
hearing of a fix, if there is one.

Thanks
