Problems in displays of searches

Dear Friends

 

We are having wrong display and/or strange performance at search in Millennium, in a couple of workstation

 

The specific problem is searching in milcirc by author or subject indexes, when we search some author, in the bottom status bar, Millennium indicates 20 Authors and 20 Entries, but the List in the screen is empty (white). If I move the cursor over the empty list, appears the box with the name of the author.

 

We obtain similar results with the Subject Index, but in others PCs the searches work fine.

 

 

The configurations of the PCs are:

 

Pentium III 1000 Mhz

Windows 2000  Profesional SP3 (spanish)

320 MB RAM

36.5 MB HD, 30+ MB free

NIC: Intel PRO/100 VE Desktop Connection (in auto mode)

Video: Intel 82819E Graphics Controller

 

 

Does somebody have similar problem?

 

Any suggestion is welcome.
