Many thanks to those of you who have already volunteered to act as recorders at the upcoming IUG conference in San Jose.

But session recorders are still needed. Volunteer recorders attend a specific program and take notes, and then supply a 1-2 page summary to be included in the conference proceedings. Sessions still in need of recorders may be identified by viewing the summary list of programs at http://www.lib.msu.edu/blackl/IUGRecorders2003.htm. Innovative staff-led sessions do not need recorders (they're highlighted in yellow on the summary list). Also note that only one session of a repeated program needs to be recorded. Guidelines for recorders are available online at http://www.innopacusers.org/iug2003/recorderguidelines.html.

So if you haven't already agreed to record a session or two, please take a look at the summary list and contact me at blackl@xxxxxxxxxx to volunteer -- your IUG needs YOU!
