We have not used this function yet, but when we migrated, I tested the Intermec 9445 unit we had with our old DRA system, and devised a method to get data out of it and into III. Requires a bit of manipulation, but does work (although not for offline circ, just for inventory and in-library use data collection)
Anyone interested, I can send you the document. Probably would be a similar process for any other brand units. Most of these things are pretty dumb, data goes in, data comes out.

Can I learn how many of you use 'count in-library use' option and have
you ever tried another barcode to do this except innopac's barcode
reader(B320,B321) ?
