Carol,
How did you get them to work?  We are also on Release 2002, Phase 2.  I have
been able to import custom sounds and can get them to play when I test the
sound, but cannot get the sound to hold once it is selected for a function
(ex hold).  Once I close Login Manager, the default sound shows up again.
