Hi Peggy-
Yes. If you are using the text-based system, You can:
1. List some of the data in the review file records
2. hit the "?" key & choose order record.
3. Pick the items you wish to print.
4. When given the option to print, pick FTS File Save.
5. Then, exit our & go to Additional Options, Read/Write MARC records.
6. Choose Send Printo File out of INNOPAC using FTS. Follow the romts to transfer the file.
7. Using an FTP program (we use CuteFTP), upload the file to your PC.
8. Go to the file, & right click. Choose "Open With ..." & use either WordPad or Notepad
9. Save as a text file. (Say yes when it tells you all formatting will be lost.)
10. Open file in Excel.
11. Follow prompts to convert the file & remember to save as an Excel workbook.
You'll have to do some tweaking of the format, but I found it works quite well.
If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call & I'll walk you through it.

Subject: Create lists for Invoices
Does anyone know if there is a way to produce a report from create lists,
which would enable me to transfer to Excel and create a spreadsheet with
invoice info such as invoice number, invoice date, paid amount. I'd like to
use this as a list of invoices to be paid to send to our business office.
Thank you for any advice you can offer.
