David:
I spent a good bit of time reviewing documentation to do the same thing
you are talking about. With some help from (Steven?) on the list, I was
able to add some help screen shots to our patroninfo.html file. So, I'm
not an html wiz, but feel I have an obligation to make a contribution to
the list.
The sample patroninfo text in the Innovative documenation includes spaces
in front of the tokens, which must be removed if you want to past this
text into your patroninfo.html file. Doing so, and posting the file to
your "screens" directory, will return active links to execute various
functions in myaccount. You can then add your institutional header and
any help screens to the page.
If I can be of any further assistance, and you don't get more detailed
advice from the list, you can contact me offline. I can send you a copy
of our pverify_web and patroninfo html files. They are quite basic but
they do provide some useful help for our users.
