Patron linking in Rel 2002 phase 2

We are on phase 1 and have not been successful in getting patron records
linked using Millennium.  Innovative has reported that this is corrected in
phase 2.   Has anyone who is using phase 2 had a problem with patron linking
in Milcirc?
