- Subject: RE: Identifying who requests materials in order records
We use Baker and Taylor's Title Source II for most of our orders. We have a
download profile set up such that the name of the TS2 "cart" is mapped to
the Order record Selector field. So far, we haven't had to make use of this
material for report creation, but it's very clear who ordered what. Each
cart has the selector's initials, plus some other identifying information
about the subject matter or discipline, and the month ordered.
