- Subject: Volunteers needed to staff the registration desk
Dear 2003 IUG Annual Conference Attendees,
We're looking for a few enthusiastic volunteers to help staff the registration desk during the Conference. This is a great opportunity to greet and meet your colleagues while handing out badges and program information. This is the best place to put names with faces, and there are quite a few known names on the listserv! IUG Steering Committee members will be there the whole time to assist and answer questions.
We need your help in covering following times:
Friday, April 25
Pre-Conference Registration Only
7:00 am - 10:00 am (3 volunteers
Main Conference Registration:
10:00 am - 12:00 pm (3 volunteers)
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm (3 volunteers)
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (3 volunteers)
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (3 volunteers)
Saturday, April 26
7:00 am - 9:00 am (6 volunteers)
11:00 am - 1:00 pm (3 volunteers)
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (2 volunteers)
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (2 volunteers)
Sunday, April 27
9:00 am - 11:00 am (2 volunteers)
Registration begins at 7:00 am on Friday and Saturday and at 9:00 am on Sunday. We're asking volunteers to arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you the ropes.
Please reply directly to kpiechnik@xxxxxxxxxx. Do not reply to the list!
Thank you very much,
Katrina Piechnik
