rel2002 phase2 screen blank

Any ideas?  Just loaded Release 2002 Phase 2.  The majority of the computers running MilCirc are up and running.  One workstation is giving me problems.  I've loaded the java software a few times and a few different ways.  Whenever I double click on the icon to start millennium the system asks for login and password, I don't see it loading any java files as it does with all the other terminals, and the system begins creating the menus.  Once the system comes up it disappears within seconds of coming up.

 

We are a turnkeys system, and we are using Windows 98 and the latest version of IE. 

 

Has anyone else seen this happen and what was the solution?  All the files are there especially when I copied and pasted them.  I'm trying to figure out what to tell the IT people so they can fix the workstation.  I have one more computer to load the java to and I hope not to have anymore problems.
