I haven't actually done this, but I'd start by generating a review file of
patrons whose expiration dates are in the qualifying period, saving it to
an FTS print file, then opening that file in Excel or a similar program and
running a mail merge that way. With a little bit of trial and error, you
should be able to figure out a way to get Excel (or whatever) to read the
appropriate fields and seperate them out as needed. You may need to
include field tags.
