- Subject: mailing labels
We are implementing a "your library card is about to expire" postcard
mailing to our patrons. I've played around with mailing label output and
output user-selected format from our create lists (text-based system)
and am not real thrilled with the results of either one.
The mailing label output gives us the best results except for
lastname,firstname format. The other problem is not wanting to print to
pin-fed labels but wanting to turn this into a mailmerge file to print
directly on postcards.
Has anyone done this? Any suggestions on how to turn the list of labels
into a database file?
